Soft Skills for Returning Citizens
Many returning citizens missed opportunities to grow in basic skills need for success in society. Developing personal traits and social abilities known as “Soft-skills”, helps clients gain and maintain employment, engage in healthy interpersonal relationships and attain enhanced self-awareness. Our psychoeducational workshops include cognitive behavioral strategies to assist clients to fully understand the expectations of society, including employers, and family, and to make the necessary changes for positive self-actualization.
