Dr. Jackie Yancy is the Program Director and co-founder of Triumph Educational Center. With a B.S. in Organizational Management, an M.S. in Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration, she has dedicated her career to empowering women facing domestic violence, homelessness, and single parenthood. For over three decades, Dr. Yancy has collaborated with Alameda County agencies to support victims and aggressors, helping families heal and rebuild. Guided by her faith, she inspires women to overcome challenges through WIRED—Working Inside Realistically Erasing Doubt—leading them toward healthy, empowered lives.
