Eric Ray Nobles is the Field Director for Prison Fellowships serving Northern California Prisons. Previously, he served as Chaplaincy Administrator at Santa Rita County Jail and Glenn E. Dyer Detention Facility in Oakland, CA, for 7 years. He actively works with men and returning citizens in the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area, helping them develop the skills and tools needed to succeed in life. As a Batterer Intervention Group facilitator, Eric helps participants challenge thoughts that contribute to violent behaviors, change beliefs and values that were associated with those thoughts, which ultimately result in changed behavior.
